Listed below are some key points to know about your stay, and what we have at the hotel.

Breakfast and dinner

Frukostbuffén serveras vardagar kl. 06:00-09:30 samt på helgdagar och under perioden 1 juli-9 augusti kl. 07:00-10:30.

Every evening we invite our guests to dinner from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

There is always free coffee, tea, small biscuits and apples at the restaurant. If you are hungry after 09:00 p.m. please contact the front desk to buy a lighter meal.

Check out

The check out time is latest at 12:00.

Lobby bar

At the front desk you find the lobby bar, where you can buy beer and wine between 11:00 a.m. and 01:00 a.m. There is also soft drinks, candy, snacks and hygiene articles, which you can buy any time.

TV

In the hotel rooms and in the lobby there is a TV with a total of thirteen channels as shown below.

Facilities

Our well equipped gym is located one floor down on the north side of the hotel. The gym is open between 07:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. The hotel has a sauna with showers which is located next to the gym. Please inform the front desk if you would like to use the sauna and we will turn it on for you, it takes approximately 30 minutes for it to get warm. The sauna is open between 07:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

Downstairs by the reception you will find our lounge where there is billiards, darts and ping pong. Darts, rackets and billiard balls are available to borrow at the reception.

Outdoor pool and garden

Enjoy warm days and balmy evenings in the garden! The pool is open during the summer from 09:00 to 21:00. In our courtyard there is also a nice boules court, balls can be borrowed at the reception.

Wifi

You can access our free wireless network through ”MyCloud” at the lobby and in all the rooms. To use it you only need to accept the terms of conditions. Choose the network and press ”Go online” and then press ”continue”.

Public transport

If you would like to go the city center by public transportation, there is a tram stop close to the hotel which is located about 3 minutes from the hotel and it is called Kaggeledstorget. The number 1 tram will take you directly to the city center( about 11 minutes) and the number 5 will take you to Liseberg and Avenyn (about 15 minutes).

Luggage room

If you arrive early or have to leave later, you are welcome to leave your luggage in our locked room. More information is available at the front desk.

Bra att veta

Fire Safety:
On the inside of your room door, you will find an evacuation plan showing the location of your room, as well as the hotel’s emergency exits, fire alarm button, and fire extinguisher. Please read the plan carefully for your own safety. In the event of a fire or other emergency, call 112.


Övrigt:
If you do not wish to have cleaning during your stay, please inform the reception. If you need to sew on a button, there are sewing supplies to borrow at the reception. You will find the shoe shine machine at the entrance. At the reception we can help with printing and copying at a cost of 2 SEK per page. Other items you can borrow at the reception include adapters, mobile phone chargers and extension cables. If you would like a stool for the shower, we will arrange it. Please note that the room telephones have left the building, if necessary, please contact the reception.

If you need to do laundry, you can borrow the hotel's washing machine in the evening. Talk to reception about times. You can borrow an iron and ironing board at reception.

It is possible to order a wake-up service at the reception.
